  • What kinds of reimbursements do you cover for Walmart sellers?
    1. Inventory was damaged within the WFS warehouse. 2. Inventory was lost in the WFS warehouse. 3. Problems (damage or loss) occurred en route to the WFS warehouse. 4. Wrong weight fee or dimensional fee charged to your account. 5. Walmart claims to have placed an item back into your inventory but it has not been replaced. 7. Customers received a larger refund than what they paid and you are being charged for the excess fees. 8. Walmart claims to have reimbursed a return but it has not been reimbursed. 9. Orders that were returned after 30 days.
  • What is the pricing structure?
You do not pay anything up front. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no cancellation fees. We charge 25% of the reimbursement that we successfully obtain for you. You don't pay unless we get something for you.
  • What do you do with my data?
Data collected by us will only be used for your business needs. In the event you cancel our service, we will delete all the data we collected about your company upon your request.
  • How does the claim process work?
Upon signing up, you will be assigned a case manager who will file claims on your behalf. Following the audit, our claim engine will look back three months on your data. We then create an internal queue of claims that need to be filed and manually file these cases with Walmart. If Walmart rejects any of our cases by asking for more information, we reach out to you in order to get the required details.
